Welcome Friends

This winter has been illuminated by our three new Associate members.  On Monday night they committed themselves to living the Gospel as companions of Mary and in her spirit.  This was the vision of Venerable Mary Potter: that many people would join the sisters to form the Greater Company of Mary, carrying God’s love and compassion with them, wherever they go.
At the little commitment ceremony we prayed gratefully:  “In the presence of God and our loving mother, we give thanks for this day. We thank God for our founder, Venerable Mary Potter, for the vision that she had of the congregation, including the Greater Company of Mary.  We thank God especially today, for the gift of our new friends and Associates, whom we welcome as part of the family of the Little Company of Mary.”
